Kenji Murakami spent 8 years apprenticing with tea master Watanabe-san in Uji before opening KŌHI in 2022. We maintain direct relationships with 7 farming families, visiting each harvest season. Our teas never sit in warehouse longer than 6 months. We believe tea is not a beverage — it is a ritual of attention.
